Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is separate from the general AI Coach Builder Privacy Policy. It describes how AI Coach Builder collects, uses, processes, and shares consumer health data.

1. Categories Of Consumer Health Data Collected

Depending on what you choose to provide, AI Coach Builder may collect:

• Health and wellness goals
• Height, weight, body composition, and related goals
• Exercise history, activity level, performance, equipment, and training frequency
• Injuries, pain, physical limitations, and movements to avoid
• Nutrition preferences, restrictions, eating patterns, and nutrition challenges
• Health conditions, symptoms, and health concerns
• Medication-related status
• Clinician, coach, or specialist involvement
• Sleep, stress, recovery, energy, and readiness information
• Information from wearables or tracking tools that you type into the intake
• Inferences and recommendations generated from the information you submit

2. Sources Of Consumer Health Data

Consumer health data is collected directly from you when you complete the intake.

AI Coach Builder does not currently connect directly to medical records, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, wearable accounts, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, or health-care providers.

3. Purposes Of Collection And Use

AI Coach Builder collects and uses consumer health data to:

• Generate personalized Project Instructions and starter prompts
• Tailor training, nutrition, daily-journal, safety, and coaching context
• Identify information the future AI coach should ask you to clarify
• Deliver the generated setup by email
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service
• Comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests

AI Coach Builder does not sell consumer health data.

AI Coach Builder does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.

4. Categories Of Recipients

Consumer health data or content derived from it may be processed by:

Cloudflare

• Receives the intake request and runs the Worker that processes it.
• The Worker processes the intake transiently and does not store raw intake answers in an AI Coach Builder database.
• Operational metadata or error information may be retained under Cloudflare's logging practices.

Anthropic

• Receives relevant intake information through the Claude API to generate the personalized setup.
• AI Coach Builder uses a standard commercial API account and does not currently have a special Zero Data Retention or HIPAA-enabled arrangement.

Resend

• Receives and delivers the generated setup email.
• The generated email may reflect or summarize health-related information from the intake.
• Under the standard configuration, Resend retains email data for approximately 30 days.

Kit

• Receives only limited contact and subscription information if you request Upgrade Pack 001.
• Raw health answers are not sent to Kit.

Professional advisers, authorities, or other recipients

• Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to obtain legal, security, or compliance advice; protect rights and safety; investigate misuse; or comply with applicable law.

5. Your Authorization

Before submitting the intake, you should be asked to affirmatively consent to the collection and processing of consumer health data for the purposes described in this policy.

Optional marketing or Upgrade Pack consent should be separate from the required consent to generate and deliver the setup.

You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting zeb@aicoachbuilder.net. Withdrawal does not necessarily affect processing that already occurred before the request was received.

6. Your Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to:

• Confirm whether AI Coach Builder is collecting, using, or sharing your consumer health data
• Access consumer health data under AI Coach Builder's control
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Obtain information about categories of recipients
• Appeal a refusal to act on a request where applicable

AI Coach Builder may take reasonable steps to verify your identity.

7. Deletion

AI Coach Builder does not currently maintain its own database of raw intake answers.

A deletion request may involve:

• Deleting contact or subscription records in Kit
• Deleting or requesting deletion of email records in Resend when available
• Deleting support communications under AI Coach Builder's control
• Explaining provider limitations, expiration periods, legal exceptions, or data that is no longer retained

Third-party processors may retain limited information under their own policies, security systems, legal duties, or technical requirements.

8. Security

AI Coach Builder uses reasonable measures designed to limit unnecessary retention and access, including HTTPS, secret-managed API credentials, no connected intake database, no intentional Worker logging of health answers, and limited sharing with Kit.

No security measure is perfect. Do not submit information that is unnecessary to generate your coaching setup.

9. Appeals

If AI Coach Builder denies a consumer health data request, you may appeal by emailing:

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as the product, providers, data flow, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
